Where can i get a job with bookkeeping skills?
ive been working at a restaurant doing the books. i don’t make to really live on. i make the balance sheet, do payroll, settle credit cards etc.. i have been told by numerous people that i should be making a lot more money for the type of work that i do. i don’t know where to start looking and would appreciate any advice anyone may have for me.
All business need bookkeepers. Restaurants have special things like meals and tips so you can use that in another restuarant. If you have experience in construction that is another thing that pays better than most bookkeeping.
I am a construction bookkeeper, former CPA and prefer bookkeeping. I get paid 54,400 plus bonus and profit sharing which is good for a bookkeeper.
