Question by nlpalumbo1: Looking for a job after a 14 year at the same company?
I am a Full Charge Bookkeeper with out a college degree, I have over 20 years of experience, I am looking into taking an exam to get a Certification in Bookkeeping so that I will have something on my resume other then just completing High School, do you think this will make a big difference,

I don’t think it will make a difference. As a potential boss of yours (I’m an accounting manager who usually has a staff) I would be most interested in your 20-year performance.
That said, potential employers may be looking at “what’s next.” So, you could always use the angle that you will be getting your certification to further improve your skills in an interview. It’ll give you more leverage as “further improving myself” rather than just being another line item on your resume.
